Product Content
All our products come in sealed and brand new condition and contain all the accessories as advertised by manufacturers. In addition, we will provide the appropriate plugs for use in specific countries, e.g. 3pins for the UK. etc. and all our manual is multilingual in form of hard copies and PDF manual can also be obtained on request.


Communication
We communicate with you either via emails or by post and all the information provided are confidential. In the event of any query and any change made in regards to your order please email us with all the relevant details e.g. Paypal Notification; and we will response your email and request within 6-8 working hours.


Out of Stock
In the most unlikely event that we are temporary out of stock on receiving your order we will email you within 24 hours informing you so and give you the option to cancel your order and to be fully refunded.


Freight Damage
All our parcels are sent via insured and track-able services, yet we reserve our rights to exclude and limit our liabilities for any goods that is damaged during transit. As a result of that the damaged product is non-refundable under the clause unless it can be proven that the good is damaged due to our negligence.


Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange your purchased item you may do so within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item, provided that it is manufacturer fault. All returned goods must remain UNOPENED and IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION and are issued with a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). As a result of that no returned goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned goods must be received by Gadget-Asia within 14 days of the RMA issued date and any returned good received over this period will be time-barred hence Gadget-Asia will not be able to progress this. The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Gadget-Asia is responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or sent to you in error made by Gadget-Asia. Gadget-Asia will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore Gadget-Asia always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and track-able service with your courier. Please note that returned software must remain unopened and any discrepancies will result in a delay of the return process. In addition, all refund made will be subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee unless an error is made by Gadget-Asia. If any goods are sent to you in error please inform us within 48 hours otherwise error can not be rectified and please allow 7-10 working days for the return process to be completed.


Liabilities of Lost Parcel
Confirmed lost parcel that arises during transit by a courier chosen by Gadget-Asia, it is Gadget-Asia's responsibility and Gadget-Asia will arrange the item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Lost parcel that arises during transit by a courier selected by you, it is your responsibility to make claims against your chosen courier. Customers are responsible for any lost parcels being delivered to a shipping address different from billing address under your account. The customers will be liable to the cost of lost parcel, resulting from a wrong delivery address provided by customers.


Guarantee
All products bought from Gadget-Asia is 100% guaranteed free from defect. When customers receive the package, they are suggested to inspect the item(s) immediately. If customers suspect the items to be defective, please send us an email ASAP. We will investigate whether it is caused by any other third parties factors.


What is covered?

1. Parts and labor cost to the repair of a manufacture defect or fault of production, which resulted the product not functions according to manufacturer’s specifications.

2. Parts and labor cost in relate to the repair of the unit.

Exclusion

1. Consumable like batteries and films are not covered by warranty.

2. Wear and Tear.

3. Damage cause by impact, act of war or terrorism, fire, theft, attempted theft, accidental or malicious damage, vandalism, corrosion, water contamination or ingress, frost, flooding or other adverse weather conditions.

4. because you have not used, stored or handled the product properly; or because you are in breach of the terms in this warranty or the contract terms; or not followed instructions by the manual; or damage or defect due to willful neglect by anyone other than us.

5. to loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage that results from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items; such as consumables; that are either made nor recommended by manufacturer.

6. because you have connected or installed other fittings or accessories that are not recommended by manufacturer.

7. because of faults caused by shock of fall, dust, dirt, sand, damp or corrosion, leaky batteries, or any repair by unauthorized personnel.


Shipping

After your order has been confirmed, delivery generally takes around 3-7 days by DHL or Fedex ; whereas it will take around 8-10 days by Standard Post. We are not liable to delay caused by customs or courier which is out of our control. All dispatched orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

For any shipping address to PO Box, we are not responsible for any lost in transit. Customers are strongly recommended to provide alternative shipping address.


The Law
An order can be only made by an adult, aged over 18 and we will not be able to process any orders made by a minor, aged under 18. It is solely the responsibility of all purchasers to be informed of their legal rights in the individual state at the time of ordering a particular item and entering into a commercial contract with us.


Catalog/Website Errors
It is most unlikely that there is a mistake made on our listing. However, in the event of this error does occur we reserve our rights to amend the details, yet we will notify you of this change in writing immediately.

Import Duty/Tax
Customers are recommended to see if there is any import tax or duty before making any purchase. Gadget-Asia will not be liable for any import tax or duty unless specified or if the item is eligible for the Import Duty/Tax refund scheme. Products which are valid for the refund scheme will have an icon “VAT refund” next to the product picture and under the product descriptions. Products under the Import Duty/Tax refund scheme are eligible for a full refund in present of receipt. Please either sends the receipt by mail or scans it with scanner, then sends us by e-mail. Usually your refund will be processed within 24 hours after receipt has been received. Customers fail to send us the receipt within 5 working days after paying the Import Duty/Tax may not be refunded. (For customers who are sending the receipt by mail, please notify us with email first. Your email will be accepted as a formal notification to Gadget-Asia.)
